Once you know which path you want to take, choose the Clear Path estate planning package that fits your needs.
Your plan includes the documents needed for that type of estate plan, so you don't have to figure out which individual documents to purchase.

Make it Official
Next, you'll complete a guided questionnaire about your family, your property and the decisions that matter to you.
You'll identify things such as:
Who should make financial decisions for you if you cannot
Who should make healthcare decisions for you
Who should receive your property
Who should be responsible for carrying out your wishes
The questions are designed to walk you through those decisions one step at a time.
Your answers are used to create the Arizona documents included in your plan.
You'll have an opportunity to review your information and documents before moving on to signing.
And if you decide you need additional legal guidance, you don't have to figure everything out on your own. Assistance is available when you want.
Estate planning documents only work when they are properly signed.
You'll receive instructions explaining the steps needed to finalize the documents in your plan.
If your plan includes a Trust, you'll also receive guidance about the important next step of transferring appropriate assets into your Trust.
Once those steps are complete, you’ll have the peace of mind that comes from knowing your plan is in place.
