Estate Planning Should Feel Clear—not Complicated.
I'm Cindy Starkey, an Arizona attorney with more than 35 years of legal practice and the founder of Clear Path Estate Planning.
I created Clear Path because I believe people should be able to put a thoughtful estate plan in place without feeling overwhelmed by the expense, intimidated by the process, or unsure where to begin.
My goal is to make the path clearer.
Why I Created Clear Path
Over the years, I've seen the same problem again and again.
People know they need an estate plan. They know it's important. But they put it off.
Sometimes it's because they don't know whether they need a Will or a Trust. Sometimes they're worried about the cost. Sometimes they don't want to schedule meetings with a lawyer just to get basic documents in place. And sometimes the entire process simply feels too complicated.
I believed there had to be a better way.
So I created Clear Path Estate Planning—a process designed to combine straightforward education, attorney-designed Arizona estate planning documents, and technology that makes completing your plan easier and more convenient.
You can work through the process on your own, or choose additional guidance if you need it.
You choose the level of help that's right for you.
Experience Behind the Process
For more than 35 years, I have practiced law and helped clients navigate important legal decisions.
That experience shaped Clear Path.
Estate planning documents aren't simply forms to complete. The questions behind them matter—who you trust, how you want your affairs handled, who should make decisions for you, and what should happen to the people and property you care about.
Clear Path was designed to help you work through those decisions thoughtfully while making the document-creation process as straightforward as possible.

A Different Approach to Estate Planning
Understand First
We explain the decisions and concepts in plain English so you understand what you're creating—not simply which boxes to check.
Choose Your Level of Guidance
Start self-guided or choose attorney-guided assistance. If you start on your own and later need more help, you can upgrade.
Complete It on Your Schedule
Work through your estate plan when it's convenient for you instead of arranging multiple traditional office appointments.
Estate planning isn't just about documents.
It's about making decisions now so the people you care about aren't left trying to guess later.
It's about making sure someone you trust can step in when you need help.
And it's about creating clarity—for you and for the people you love.
That's what Clear Path is designed to help you do.
